We will provide a prepaid return label for exchanges within the 7-day period.
3. Final Sale and Customized Products:
Please note that final sale items and customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

5. Process for Returns and Exchanges:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@levanagarram.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Once your return or exchange request is approved, you will receive further instructions and a return authorization number (RA#) if applicable.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your packing slip with your return shipment.
- Affix the prepaid return label provided by Levana Garram for exchanges or arrange your own return shipping method for returns. Please ensure the package is adequately insured and tracked.
6. Refunds and Processing:
Refunds for returned items will be processed within 2-5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected by Levana Garram. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping charges.
