Begin by booking a complimentary appointment with one of our stylists. During this meeting, we’ll learn about your vision, review your project, and offer guidance on the best approach for your custom piece.
2 Design
Once your deposit is received and your design concept is approved, we’ll create a customized digital rendering that reflects your chosen details. This mockup will offer a clear look at your piece prior to creation.
3Approval
Once the CAD rendering is approved, we proceed to casting, where your design is shaped into its final form using the gold karat and color you’ve selected.
4Creation
When the casting is completed, we bring together all the other materials your project calls for and pass everything to our jeweler to craft and finish your design.
5 Finalization
The full process typically takes 2–3 weeks, though holidays or more intricate designs may require additional time. We’ll keep you updated throughout and carefully oversee every detail. Our team will ensure your piece is crafted to perfection.
